i recently had a problem with my SDG I Beam Seat!

I guess is a warranty problem and tried to contact them in the emails that i got on their website!

all emails came back!

anyone here have another email to contact SDG?

i tried without sucess:

I just used the email system a couple months ago to fix a problem with an I-Beam post I had, they responded quickly and got me a RMA to send it in. I'd try calling the phone # if email isn't working.

What problems did you guys have? I have one coming on my new bike. Saw a I beam seat snap in half on a brand new bike a couple weeks ago.
