Go Pro just sent me updates firmware to do SDHC as well as better auto exposure, so probably same idea.

They are already shipping. I am supposed to have one to try out before i leave for France on the 4th. So far the footage looks great, the only downside being you only get about 30min of footage per card in HD mode.

none of my distributors have them yet. theyve all told me the 15th of May is when street release date is, but i was hoping to get it before then

Whoa, that is interesting for sure. The guy who dropped buy the booth at Otter said no SDHC, maybe that was the firmware on the demo unit and not the production ones?

i believe the non-HD unit cannot take SDHC, but theres no point in having a HD unit if it cant use SDHC..you need more than 4gb for any real fun


i was hoping our new Everio X cam would be suitable for riding usage, but its too much money compared to our entry level model. which i might try and rig one up this weekend.

Pretty wicked stuff, I'd say it's the best vid of the event I've seen so far with great footage of the DS, DH and even the Jump Jam afterwards (though I have no idea what the lady was saying at the end?! maybe she was trying to sing...)

Anyways, they say Theo put together the footage. If its the same Theo from Alloutprodux, then I'm am really stoked to be getting Days of Dirt, it should be awesome! I can't wait!

Correct me if I am wrong, but Theo is traveling to all the races this year with the xfusion team, filming.
