I'd like to be the first person to say that Galeforce is stupid, and the idea of "super xc" being a STX race with more pavement is abhorent. "Hey let's have a cross race, in April, with absolutely no technical elements, and we can charge pro's $150 to race in our event that pays as well as a cat 3 crit in Iowa"...

At least there are some UCI points available on Sunday.

It was a short loop - 3 mile circuit, 800' climbing per lap, race for 60 minutes or so.

That's should be great preparation for the Sonoma National in May that is a 4-5 mile loop, mostly paved. LAME!

I sooo want to skip that race, it doesn't even sound fun.
