Every time I go for a lengthy ride with one of my friends he complains about his Camelbak and that he would rather have a second water bottle mount than wear the pack. His birthday is coming up so I thought I'd throw some money towards gettin one for him.

I've seen ones from Specialized but I'm not sure how to set one up. Do you have to buy clamps for it as well? And should I ask the local shop guy to order one or get it online?

most come complete with all the brackets needed. you can order online, but its always good to support your LBS

Profile Designs is the only one i can think of off the top of my head

you could also do a bar mounted one too

Specialized's brackets could work too if his post is the right size...all youd need is a cage
