apparently no one is answering your questions so...
there are a couple exits to ride (obviously not 44), you may be able to get some people to take you up to one of them
south seatac is good for some non tech riding
fluidride is the best shop here. its near the university of washington, kinda hard to find, not very big, but has a whole bunch of stuff and really cool guys. fluidride.com
