I went there, they suck. They have soem weird synthetic stuff labeled 15-30wt. Um ya.
was it Motul? because i've been using Motul synthetic 5-10wt for two years now and its the best oil i've tried. The store i usually get it from was out so i had to replace one leg with Bel-Ray 7wt and its totally turned my fork to crap.

I can't remember (it was when i was on a rampage to find 2.5wt). I do remember a black bottle with a large harley logo on it tho! The same moron also told me that 2.5 wt didn't exist, and challenged me to show him an empty bottle. I then brought him a bottle of rock oil and he looked dumbfounded. incredible.

It gets better.... Oh and I only went there so I can get my bike running again. But I won't be going back....

Today at Paul's Cycle, after tax, I paid $92.01 (CDN) for one (1) Hayes brake rotor.

"Oh support the poor struggling LBS! Wah wah wah!!"

Mail order here I come.

(and fraser, no worries....)

And as for missing the race, well instead today I went to the Teddy Bear Picnic at Centennial Park. Kids could bring their teddy bears to be examined and treated by "health care professionals". (for a good cause). Saw my buddy and his clan there too.

I'm a family guy now....

Glad to hear it was a good time though....................

You only have to deal with their high and mighty attitude, when they are really el-kabong hacks with most things.

As for the price on a rotor. OUCH. Seriously, that is insane for a rotor. Aren't they like $19.99 usd retail?? Screw LBS', there isn't any even half decent ones in this city.

also mr family guy, GET OUTTA MY HEAD!

Tabarnak! Those gdamn evil french canadian monkeys! Why don't they just get a job, Caulisse!

Hey Bro! Sorry to hear Montreal isn't appealing to your dh sensibilities. I don't think you should bother to sell anything especially since your trail bike will be as much use to you in Mntl as your Yeti. You gotta drive 45-60 minutes in any direction to get to some descent riding either way.

On my end, I just convinced Specialized to replace my front triangle! I was showing it off to a buddy here at work when I brought it along for an afternoon ride through the Pilchuck farm and he noticed my down tube was totally crippled in! I wonder how that happened? Lower A-line, thou shalt be conquered! I brought it to your old local dealer and sure enough, the warranty guy bought the fact that it was obviously a material defect due to the heat-affected zone near the weld which must have weakened the structural integrity of the frame... I'll post some pix on the PNW thread.

are there any moto-x tracks around there?
You can do that w/o any hills..
I just hate the hassle of shuttling w/ people i don't really know all that well & sometimes it just doesn't feel like a brotherhood at all..
I am thinking 4x only + trailriding on my S-Speed..
or MOTOCROSS !!ya know hare-scrambles :stupid:
good luck..
Sometimes it sucks to being one of two guys with trucks. People show-up and just jump in. Not fair.

No doubt.
If you want a brotherhood join the shriners.
Wear a funny hat, and sell hamburgers at the fair.

We ride bikes and talk sh1t,
with thick skins and big grins.
