The fact that we know what the issue is, doesn't make it a non-issue. Parallax is 101 for a UI designer. It is not that hard to correct. You can do it with a bit more intelligent touc-screen/button behavior or, GASP, laying options horizontally rather than vertically stacked and using BIG gaps between rows.

After the cluster f@ck the last 2 were, I doubt this one will be any smoother. There will likely be controversy regardless of who wins, then an investigation, then there might be a winner.
