I have the manual, and understand most of it... I have a couple of questions though.
Should I try to find the exact "Damping Oil" they list? (P/N: 85-0023) Or can I use an equivalent product that's readily available?
How much grease, and what type should I put on the spring?
Would any 5/40wt. synthetic oil work for the lowers, or should I get theirs? (5/40wt. synthetic oil, P/N: 85-0022)
Any and all advice appreciated....

I just used whatever. Last oil change, I think I used Amsoil suspension oil (ordered direct from Amsiol) for the damping oil and some cheap synthetic (Pensoil?) I picked up at autozone for the semibath. I lubed the seals, foam donuts, and spring with a water repellent grease (Texaco or Citgo Marine grease???), also from autozone. It's also a good idea to replace the o-rings (local hardware store, $0.10 a piece) because they tear easily when removing the lowers. Have fun, it's pretty easy, just remember that you screw the leg in, not out (you'll figure it out...)
