hey i was wondering what i need to set uip a 5th element? do you need a shock pump or will a normal one owork? i heard a normal pump wont work at the pressures there using.

Yes you need a shock pump. I had a ton of trouble with my 5th on my bb7 cause I needed a stiffer spring.
