So just from experience how much air and how much compression/rebound is solid for riding dirt. I used to have my Argyle pumped to 200lbs, but I dont think the fox stuff works the same way (I'm 175lbs, btw).

Thanks in advance ...

I've got a 36 Float with a 32 piston. Just checked, it's at 140PSI, with (I think) a maximum of 150PSI. That makes it extremely stiff, I'm about 160ish and my hobby is hucking threes to flat. Fork is at 75mm travel, if it makes a difference.

My rebound is from a 36 Van R so I can't help there or regarding compression. All I did was pump the fork up, dial the rebound all the way up, then turn it down one click at a time until topout is gone.
