Ran another half marathon this morning. Finished it in 1:32:52, which is over six minutes faster than the one I ran a week ago. What a difference it makes when you're not recovering from food poisoning. Placed 30th out of about 500 runners. Lot of fast runners out there today. Going for a road ride in a bit because it is too nice outside not to pedal a bike.
