woooooo the big day happened, Ruth took the bike off the fluid trainer and we hit the pavement for her first real ride since total knee replacement surgery in December. We took it easy and only covered 8 miles with 3 nice size rollers tossed in but she was pain free during the ride and no swelling or discomfort post ride. :weee::weee::weee::weee::weee:

That's awesome for her!

Just curious, what happened to make her need the replacement? I know one of my knees is ****ed and I'm only 27....so who knows what will happen once I crest the hill.
