Interesting, doesn't sound like fun. I really hope things improve for him. Glad to hear he can still ride relatively okay though.

That is very sad to read. As far as I'm concerned Sheldon is an icon of cycling, one of the most dedicated and pure cyclists ever. I hope for the best for him.

I agree - Sheldon is one of the few people I've encountered who qualifies for both 'Guru' and 'Bikesattva' titles.

Hope he stabilizes and with therapy gets those legs going again.

I know too much about degenerative nerve disorders, sadly...

My sis-in-law has MS. While it is no fun for anyone, she is actually doing quite well. She has always lived a healthy lifestyle (relatively...) and been quite active. She has done alternative therapies and is under control. Hope Sheldon does as well. Good luck to him!
