I will get killed for this but... not really. I wouldn't upgrade unless the one you have now is shot. I have a Chris King on two of my mtbs because I have been frame experimenting; a King can be set and reset often with no difficulty but... so can most quality headsets. Supposedy they will be the last headset you will ever buy. Until a new standard is set anyway...
Serial Midget! That's exactly what a good headset does. It works unnoticed. The ones you notice are the ones which come out of adjustment, brinell early and require frequent cleaning and lubing. Kings are excellant.

I didn't say they weren't good... I just said I could not tell the defference between them and what they replaced which were probably good too as they were stock on a Trek Y-22. I just wouldn't up grade until the current one is shot. I am very happy with my Kings... I was also happy with what I replaced them with.
