How do the MP66W spd's run size wise? Evereywhere I've looked only carry up to size 48, which is 12.2 in the US and A sizing. I wear 13's, so I was wondering if they run big? I havent seen a 49 anywhere.

I wear 13's and have two pairs of 48 66-DX's. Clips and platforms. The toe area is large and roomy. You'll be fine.
I've worn 13 US sizes in most shoes for most of my life. I've been measured and told I'm a wide 12.5 US. When I bought my Shimano I went for the 12.5 equivalent (that was all I could find) and it fit just right. I wish I could recall what that actual size was but off the top of my head, I'm guessing that a 48 is probably what I have.
