Does anybody have any leads on where I could find these? They're for adapting a Shimano I-Spec A lever to a Shimano I-Spec B shifter.

I've been trawling all over and they're either out of stock, or the shop doesn't ship to my country, Singapore.
My local Shimano doesn't have it in stock either and they'll take god knows how long, to get it in, IF Shimano even has it in stock.
