Is there any way you can get 56/40 tooth spockets on a 175mm shimano race crank?

Prefably at least tiagra and higher.

Can't find any more than 54 :(

Yes. Can't find larger than 54T? I know Shimano makes them. Mostly for 650c wheeled tri and time trial bikes. I believe that they make 53,54,56. Also, any bike shop could order you them. I think that the big Shimano rings are very pricey (maybe Dura Ace only?), but suppliers like QBP will have plenty of alternatives. Just a guess, but I'd bet that FSA also makes big rings.
There is a ~98% chance that your LBS will have QBP.

EDIT: Just saw that you are in Sweden. Don't know if QBP does international.
Why the need for such large rings?
