I want to buy a frame from a guy in Canada he said he would ship it through DHL and that I would be resposible for any taxes or duties. I bought a frame from Canada once before and it shipped through USPS and I didn't have to pay any taxes. Does anybody know how much i will have to pay?

You normally will not have to pay taxes coming into the us, as you do not have a federal tax.
