Most of the program was canned in 99-02, a select batch were structurally updated such as these but retained the inertial guidances systems since they were not affected with GPS jamming measures. If you look at the tops of the aircraft you can see the retrofit angles and designs that were implemented. Not very many of them left but uncle sam keeps them around to use if needed.
