can i take the Ecc cartridge out of teh left leg on my shiver SC and replace it with an adjustable compression cardridge like on the old Z1 CR's
any info would be cool

I am pretty sure it is not possible, as the older compression cartridge relied on a different system to handle the top-out. Also, you wouldn't want to, as those old compression cartridges were for the most part faulty and had way too much compression damping.

If you're bottoming out, first thing to try is raising the oil height. This REALLY helps.

nah i aint bottoming out id just like to be able to play with them a little bit more
and as i never use teh ECC it seemd like a good idea
