i am looking into getting a 2005 shiver sc, but under the distription of the fork for the breaks it says, "DISC BRAKE MOUNT DH INTL STD 8" Rotor Setup", does that mean i can only run 8" breaks, cause i have a 7" juicy 7 on the front. if i cant run it, is there an adapter i can get, or do i jus have to get a bigger rotor.

No, the 7" rotor will be fine, just make sure you're using the correct adapter.
