ive had em open obviously to change the oil and i cleaned out all teh insides but never found any topout springs, should there be some?
also i could never get into the cartridges to clean them properly, am i not ment to be able to get inside them?
thanks in advance

wont that make them a lot more progressive
i only weigh 9.5 stone and i hardly ever bottom them out and wont adding more oil make them even harder to bottom out?

If you put the reccomended amount in the fork will get full travel and will not top out. If there is too little oil, the fork will top out. If there is too much oil the fork won't get full travel.

yeah?
also would i be able to get a new crown on warranty as theres a crunching sound when i yank on the brake and theres a large bulge next to where the right upper bit connects to the crown.

You aren't meant to get into the cartridges. If you must, you may flush them using clean oil and just cycling the oil through the damper.

As for any bulging and noise, that's not right. Send it in, aluminum doesn't bulge unless something's VERY wrong.

Run less preload and run more rebound damping is all I can say about the topout, and do make sure you have enough oil in your fork. Any of the new Bombers do make a little tapping noise sometimes due to how the cartridge is held in the fork. This is nothing to worry about.
