How often do you really change the oil/seals in your fork?...or send in your shock for a rebuild? I know I'm probably way overdue.

Nah, if you're not having problems don't worry about it. I change the oil in my fork if I want the feel to be different or if I ride in really wet conditions, and I change the seals if they start leaking. The shock goes in for a rebiuld when it starts to feel like crap or making noise or doing something it shouldn't. This schedule works for just about every rider out there, unless you're a sponsered racer who gets this stuff done for free.....

I have a feeling they say 25 hours of riding just to be safe. I've been riding my forks a lot for almost 7 months now with no oil change. Wayyyyyyyyyy over 25 hours of riding.

They say that so if you F up your fork it's not their fault, you didn't maintain it "according to the manual". My dad used to say- "If it ain't broke don't fix it". All kidding aside.......
Now, I know that preventative maintenence is good to avoid problems but with suspension it's a little different. If the oil in your fork is clean, the right weight and moderately fresh then why replace it? It'll just cost you money and time and your fork will feel exactly the same. I can understand replacing old oil, and changing the oil when you buy a used fork (as a precaution- when I got my current fork the last owner had put 20 WT in it....).
