Shock mount bolts + spring weight Q

Were can I get another one of the bolts for a 2003 IH sgs pro. The actual axle is stripped. (see pic)

Also what rate spring do people with sgs's use, I weigh 160 and have a 500 lb spring, I think it's a bit much, would a 400 work better?

You can use one of these grade 12.9 M8 bolts and it will work perfectly. The length that you need is really only 90mm, but I suggest using a 100mm bolt and cutting it down by 8mm or so. That way you get more bolt shank and less thread. 9$ for a pack of 10.

A 400 or 450 spring would be a lot better. Depending on your skill level and if you are racing only, you could even pull off 350, but only if you are pretty smooth.

Thanks a lot, Ill probly go with a 400, race Jr X but not that smooth, so ill give that a shot. Any one know a good online place to order one through, i'll probly just go through my lbs but that might not work.
