I say go with the romic. In my riding, and what I have observed from my friends, it is utterly reliable and the way to go.

first 2 agree if the Stratos is the El Jefe...beyond that..toss up IMO. I prefer the feel of the Romic over the 5th BUT have heard reliability issues..

The 5th/swinger is nice for the pedaling and tunability.

avalanche imo, from having spent significant saddle time (ie, owned) on bikes with fox vanilla, vanilla rc. i didn't put much time on the 6-way below (hint hint) before swapping it to an avy, but the avy feels smoother at the expense of bobbing more.
