purchased a cassette from them 10 days ago. Nada. They don't answer
the phone and haven't returned my emails. I'm one state over and should
have had it long time ago. Anyone? Anyone?

I have never purchased anything from them but I never really liked em anyway. There stuff always seemed so pricey and I dont like there site. It should take over 10 days to go about 200 miles. Better look into it more.

yeah one of my freidns that lives up there said they are out of business. known they have been shady for a long time, but they finally went under. good luck on getting your stuff, either money or cassette
