Gotta figure out hand positioning as well. Do roadies brake with one finger or two? I'm too used to having my size 12 pointer finger just resting on the brake lever ready to go.

Well to start, it looks like you need to roll your bars up a bit, as far as hand position, your normally up on top on the hoods. I usually have one or two fingers when braking, all depend on howmuch braking I need. Normally you won t be down in the drops, but reaching down from the top of the lever for your braking.
