Well I asked her about that whether it was legal and since when...it turns out that it is still slightly illegal and the cops don't bother with vaporizer lounges, they are just too busy. They said that in their entire history they had the cops at this place 2wice when they were called in. Once to remove a gang that was visiting there and a second time for a herbal extacy overdose. The second time the cops came in they saw what people were doing and just laughed.
There is 2 cafes (outdoor patios) and one lounge here in toronto where people smoke weed. The government could do something about them but hasn't. oh yeah for walking down the street with a joint it is a $60 fine, somewhere @$140 in a public park and if you have a half quarter on you you get 4 days in jail. (someone i know this year got caught)
