it's true and sad cuz he's had some very insightful valuable posts before, but is now just a shell of a poster. I think he found it entertaining to troll with his partisan posts, but didn't realize that it doesn't work for long.

Anywho, we all know the admins like the controvesy cuz the tension will give 'em an excuse to stay in power past June 30.

Careful there - you might start going down the path of acknowledging those missiles reportedly missed killing Bin Ladin by 50 minutes or so. This of course would have been well before 9-11 and with Willie Jeff in the Whitehouse…

But of course that wasn't because of the embassy bombings, no that had to have been about blowjobs

Dear Friend,
The images of abuse in a U.S. run Iraqi prison couldn't be more disturbing.

Disturbing too is that Donald Rumsfeld and the Department of Defense knew about this and didn't take immediate action and didn't even inform the leaders in Congress. John Kerry has called for Donald Rumsfeld to resign -- and the Kerry Campaign is asking us to show support for his decision by endorsing his statement here:

I did -- and you should too.

But seriously if it is as bad as the news I have been reading, criminal charges should be brought against the administration.
I agree! The administration should also be held accountable for the retaliation attacks on American civilians in Iraq.

Anther example of doucheiness.

I don't think Kerry should be making political capital out of this, even though I think Rumsfeld should go. And Bush should help him on his way or risk further personal damage by association.

I think that person was first up on my ignored list - what a very nice feature here at RM . . . does he/she still post here? It's much better off without her/him/it (the "it" was in case the person is in mid-stage of a gender altercation - hey, I just wanna be as politically correct as possible - not like me to piss anyone off, ya know)

Peace out,

I guess no one remembers any history. What did the german soldiers say at the war crimes trail in Nuremburg? They said it was a direct order from the top. Both them and the american soldiers stories are a bunch of crap. The US government knew of this and was handling it way before the pictures came out. And how do you think the LIBERAL press got the pics. The government gave them to the press. You can't pull someone like Rumsfeld in the middle of a conflict like this even if he was guilty of something.

even N8's partisan ways and transparent posts contain -- rarely, but still -- more value than yours. He who shows up once in a blue moon, posts his agenda and splits before he has to answer any follow up questions.

Like . . . am I supposed to be getting paid for being here at RM?

Like . . . is there some sort of "requirement" for spending a certain amount of time here at RM? (chuckle)

I've got a life & it's not going to get wasted by some stupid politician who's living in a fantasy world pretending to promote "world peace" by killing thousands of innocent people. Nor is my life going to get wasted on some near-meaningless internet forum where highly questionable people come out of the "conservative" woodwork to flaunt their support for our so called "God-inspired leader". The tenacity towards their cause is almost humorous - it's easy to understand their comfort zone is perpetuated by the unrelenting rant of uncommon sense. It's like what's his name said (some philosopher - I forgot his name): If you tell yourself something over & over & over & over again, you'll begin to believe it, regardless of how valid or true it is. Thus, the same goes with the blind Dubya followers.

Thank God for freedom of speech, albeit here at RM it's not totally uncensored, it's close enough for a political forum where (almost) all the people here have something in common - we all enjoy riding mountain bikes.

So, we don't agree. Big deal. That's okay. I've said it before and I'll say it again - if there is a real threat to the security of our nation, I totally support any and all effective efforts to protect our freedom and democracy. Even if it means I have to die to save people who don't agree with my political views, like you, I'll do whatever I can to help. I'm sure you feel the same, which brings irony to this type of discussion.

Here's how I used to be: I and my opinions are accurate and true. Everyone that believes me is right (conservatives). Everyone else is wrong (liberals).

Here's how I am today: I want to get as much accurate information as possible and make a decision based on what has happened, then decide what should happen now and consider the result of those actions. In a nutshell, that's why I so strongly oppose the war in Iraq. Mr. Bush either lied to us or he was fed totally bogus information and believed it. Either way, he's a fool.

I'm going riding now.

Peace love & happiness,

OD
