hey im looking for a 20mm locking skewer mount for my truck. one that has a way to lock it so that it cant be stolen...kinda like this one: http://www.pricepoint.com/detail/13320-255_DELLS4-2-Accessories-38-Racks/Delta-Locking-Skewer-Pro-9mm.htm but a 20mm one not a 9mm.
