I am thinking on building a ski bike for the winter but am looking for some thoughts and ideas for the build.I am a big guy so i need something strong and am not even going to think about using 2x4 to mount the skis.I have seen them done on youtube with skateboard trucks and others with just threaded rod.I like the idea of skateboard trucks if they can withstand the abuse but if not i will try and figure something else out.Any opinions or thoughts of a strong way to do this would be appreciated.Im a 325 lb guy so i need strength...
