Scottish Ale is apparently fairly difficult to do well. I've had a number over here that have amounted to nothing but a pint of swill.

Laughing Lab Scottish is a pretty decent one. Brewed in Colorado Springs.

I've had it, but I don't recall what it was like. We were drinking our way through Scotland at the Brickskeller in DC and it involved a lot of "wee heavy."

Skullsplitter is pretty good, but its not one of my favorites. I found it kinda has a weird aftertaste to it, maybe its just me.
