In the cleavage of the Tetons
3000 ft straight up, 3000ft straight down.
new trail to me, one that I would never have even thought of pushing up on a regular bike.
What was an all day epic is now a 2.5 hour jaunt.
if e-bikes are a step towards the singularity, well, I’m more open than yesterday to that future hellscape.

There are possibilities I'll be in Laradise before the end of the month. I would dare ya'll to come to the Snowies and ride the super chunk but I cannot 100% confirm dates at this point.

Damn I am beat up. Most technical stream wading I have ever done. Nothing but slippery river cobbles and boulder fields to climb through to get from one riffle to another. I used muscles that I haven't used since my rock climbing days. Damn fun fishing though, really made me use every trick in my fly fishing tool kit.

i'm considering riding NF Little Laramie to Matildas as a lollipop.
Not sure if you've ridden it before, but here's my Strava description from 2020 :D
Not worth it, hike out four miles and then back and you'll enjoy it more.
We rode it clockwise from our campground spot. Great scenery at the start, but then where I've got the arrow past the lake you're clambering over refrigerator sized rocks.

I've ridden it before and I love the ride. I'm trying to add 7.5 miles each way of out and back with Matilda in the middle. I think its like 30 miles of thin air super chunk. Lol it's probably a 6-7 hour adventure.
