anyone have an 04' IH SGS with a 04 sherman slider plus on it? I was just curious as to the steering radius. The boxxer leaves much to be desired, and I always thought the slider to be even narrower than the boxxer. any thoughts?

was going to stick one on there but i had to go with an 04 super t. but it should be the same. it just takes some getting used to. i think that they made it even smaller(tighter) turning radius. so it turns a lot better. but anyway you go its going to be better than that boxxer so you will be fine. just lean more the bike will hold you.

hey man, i have a 2003, IH sgs pro, for sale,it comes with: boxxer race, headset, bottom bracket, seat post, newly rebuilt fifth element, a rear wheel, its a WTB dh rim, laced to a formula hub, also an e 13 chain guide and bash guard. i would be happy to sell all that for $875 usd, plus shipping, obo, i live in seattle area.
the boxxer has a better radius, than a slider

It's definitly not the same, my friend has run both a JR T and a Slider + on his SGS, the slider was worse. He doesn't have any problems with it currently however. Tighter turning radius doesn't mean it will turn better, it means it will have less range of motion which can be a problem in tight switchbacks. If this means alot to you, why not go Breakout +?
