Turn ignition on, put it in gear, jumpstart by pushing hard forward. :P

The starter should be relatively easy to remove and replace. What make / model is it?

Well for one don’t yank pull rope to the stop, that’s how you break ropes and whatever happened to yours. Modern ones are pretty easy to work on. Try taking it off and messing with it or just buying a new one on the amazon.

It's seriously easy to fix that.... should only be three or four bolts to take the top off.....

Just be careful when your mucking with the spring itself, wear a leather glove in case it slips, they can eff you up

I seriously just removed the cover, looked inside, put the cover back on, and it worked.
