Knee replacement surgery Dec 5th due to severe Osteo arthritis , Dec 7th home from the hospital has to use a walker, Dec 19 had all 29 staples removed, Dec 22 no more need for the walker as Ruth can walk at normal speed with the use of a cane

getting closer to having my riding partner back. PT has gotten Ruth to the point where she can do full rotations on the bike mounted on the fluid trainer without cheating by rocking her hips.
Getting older sucks I am getting there too, good to see some rehab on that knee
