The girlfriend made the shift to flat pedals last year and wants to find a smaller platform than the OneUps I threw on her bike to demo.
Who makes a smaller, thin, quality flat pedal we can check out?

i've been pleased with race face atlases...they're not tiny but not as huge as a lot of the current ones.

all great suggestions, and I think I have an old pair of Contacts in the garage.
I should really size up her shoe. I'm certain I'll go from too much pedal to too small

If she's a dentist, Syntace do their pedal in thress sizes.
But they have a bearing bulge, so there might be a second thread about a small pedal without a bearing bulge if she gets them.

EDIT- The DMR V12 is fairly small, and is pretty cheap.

I have the large composite version on my fatty. Another option might be the Crankbros Stamp 7, I've had the large alloy version on my DH and trail bike for several years.
