How long will this take to hit us? Thoughts? More crashes via looking at your dork logger while riding?

I just have no idea what 'vital data' I need to see while I'm trying to ride, that I'm currently missing...

That's what I was thinking, seriously! I can see the market/accidents as a result.

Being able to see split times(and using the GPS function to do it) would be cool.

It will be pretty sweet when this stuff catches on for the endurance nerd crowd.
Power meter readings, electric drivetrain power levels and gearing, Strava standings, turn by turn directions.

My understanding is that you can track where friends are on the mountain with these as well. Sort of like the yelp app if anyone is familiar with that. May be useful at bike parks and what not. Definitely tailored for the ski crowd. I personally would never be caught dead using them biking or skiing.

thats pretty cool josef, although, like you, i would never use it.. what next? netflix subscription on your 'smart' googles? possibly catch up on some sitcoms while hittin the double black?

just more and more distractions that take me away from the bike.. just wanna keep it simple and ride my bike!

hope when these guys come out that no one runs into me playing with their damn goggles.
