yeah, he's REALLY into starwars.....wanted a 'stormtrooper' helmet w/ a 'dirty' look. turned out a lot better than i thought it would....since the actual helmets are completely different shapes.

got there 4pm on Saturday...just as MtnX practice/finals got underway. & I stayed for DH on sunday.

yeah, unfortunately i've had a bad problem w/ people "stealing" my shots....so i try & keep them low quality for "proofs" then i send out larger high res shots for final works.

some shots, like the one of bryn, came out siiic. his eyes came out clean & sharp)

i'm soooooo stoked on digi cams now!

Joel is one of the 4 people in the world who actually have the fabled M3...the still dont really exist...he made the switch at before big bear nationals and along with DK, Sabrina, and April...he is the only one who has one.

he definately won practice on it tho...watching him @ snowmass pedalling a drop that i was fighting to keep from bottoming on was insane

OK...now honestly dude. That stormtrooper helmet is one of the coolest ideas ever.

You gonna have to break out the Boba Fett on one of those M2R helmets like Pastrana wears!!!!

How much would a job like the one on Jeremiah Dean's helmet cost or the one you did on Phil Tintsman's Hansen's helmet? I assume that's your personal helmet.

your helmets are sick. Anyhow I love that shot of Bryn but im still wondering where Sam Hill was in the pro finals? I saw an angry kittens rider with spys but he was clipped in? I didnt think Sam ever road clipped was he hurt or something?

from what Sam told me, he crashed hard in practice on Friday. kinda sprained his wrist (wearing a brace). nothing serious, but he wanted to make sure he healed up properly & didn't want to risk anything. it was up to him whether or not to ride/race -- he elected not to


As for the hansen's helmets, normal charge would be about the $450-$500 price range

As for "stopped" producting them??? I think not. they'll be out soon enough. I'm still waiting for mine! so they had better not be stopping them.

Last i heard from Intense they were waiting on the monocoque halves to be stamped out by this new company that they deal with...and since it is a relatively small order for this company..the dates just keep getting pushed back.

I blew out my knee at Vermont( been hurt three years in a row there?!?), I'm able to ride now but with alot of pain
