Tony Snow said that Iraqi Parliament was still going to take the entire month of August off. So the Sunnis worked it just like an American would, call in sick the day before a long holiday weekend.

Sunnis end Iraqi parliament boycott

Who said they weren't making any progress? If that isn't the American way, I don't know what is! :thumb:

And that cornhole also said that it was 120°F there, so it's too hot for the Iraqi govt. to do anything.

What a c0ckmunch.

A. They have airconditioning. If not, that'll be first on the agenda.
2. Our troops are sitting in the desert sweating their nuts off, so seriously, you're going to use that excuse?

I remember when it got up to 148 degrees there. It was bad and I wasn't wearing full battle rattle either.

I find it odd that the month prior to the "status report" due in September, that they are blowing off for the summer. Seeing how they were doing SO WELL based on the preliminary report that has come up this week.

Yeah, the preliminary report says barely passing grades in 8 of 18 categories.

So overall, that's like an "F-".

It's so bad, that it completely flunked the No Nation Left Behind guidelines.
