Soon I am sure. I was actually considering the thought that there may have been attacks DURING the elections. I guess they figured they'd give the white trash majority one more shot.

Well, I'm not saying it's not going to happen, but....... What has this joker done in the US since 9/11? I mean for a "world terror network" supported by an "axis of evil" he really has not done a whole lot. I mean, don't you think he'd be launching attacks all the f----ing time if he had the ability to do so? Why wouldn't he? That's what I would do. Not saying nothing will ever happen again, just that I am sick of hearing about a raised level or alert around every major event (election, new years, christmas, political summits and talks...) and nothing ever happens. What are we so scared about?

The entire point i think, is that these jokers aren't the most quick to react on the planet. I mean, according to the latest usama tape, he conceived of the attcked on the twin towers when he saw building being bombed in Lebanon...The guy works slowly.

I am of the idea that YES, there will be more attcks (possible from sleeper cells). They will not be as organized or well planned as the twin tower attacks. Also, i agree 100% on the alert level BS. Just increase security overall and be done with it. You dont need anti aircraft missiles all over town, just a few more cops to check on shady people.

Oh and try not to arrest MIT professors taking pictures of bridges for a project meant to helpo the blind.

The best part about that moron, i sthat he likes to portray himself as a rancher, when in reality, he only bought the ranch months before his first election campaign.

Yes yes, you are so very right. You can tell a lot about a cat by how he shapes his hat. That is all to say.

We will never be attacked again - Bush was re-elected.

You do realize that 9/11 was a plan over 10 years in the making... one thing that the terrorist know and use wisely is America's short attention span.

OBL came to be who he is out of distaste for the US being present in Saudi Arabia during the Gulf War part 1 - that was what, almost 10 years before 9/11. Today we are in Afganistan and Iraq...

One thing Americans seem to forget is that the middle east and their history goes back thousands of years, while our history is only a couple hundred. They know that sometime you have to wait for the right moment. In the mean time they will point to the actions of the US to help get financing and recruits.

We may not get attacked in the next four years.

I fully expect the port of Long Beach or New York City to have a nuclear device detonated in it before 2050 though.

As a bit of an outsider(read: non American), I fell that Osama Bin Laden is playing a headgame with you. I'm pretty sure that you will not face any major terrorist attacks on US ground in the near future. At the moment Osamas warfare is more mental than anything else. Judging by the result of the election his tactics are working :D.

We will be attacked again. Mainly because bush was elected. There were hints from Osama that the first attack took place and future attacks will take place Because Bush was in power and because he is unhappy not only with the US but with the Bush's. I anticipate that there will be another attack sooner than later.

The terror alert means nothing, it is merely a way to control the population by fear.

I know I sound pretty cynical but well, I guess I am right now.

I actually don't think that this election had any bearing on whether or not al Queda attacks us soon. Recruiting will continue to be easy, though.

Bush is the farthest thing from a cowboy. He's more of a retarded drunken uncle. What kind of sad pathetic country do we live in, when a clearly inferior human being is elected to the most powerful position in the world not just the US. I think the people of this country need another terrorist attack. Personally I feel we just went through one. Maybe while the sheep are all shopping on the day after thanksgiving, BLAMMO! every single mall in America is flatted to the ground.

Someone send Osama a political map... No more attacking New York - they tried to get rid of Bush! That goes for the rest of the northeast and also the west coast. If he attacks, let it be a pro-Bush state...

This whole thread is a bunch of spculative S***t. Saying we'll be atacked sooner or latter is like saying I'm going to take a crap sooner or latter. I don't spend my day in fear over my next uncontrollable crap (yeah they are sometimes) and if your wasting your time in fear of the next attack then Osama allready won. Go on with your life, there's little to nothing you can do anyway.

There won't be another attack until right before the election in '08. Because of our collective ADD, we'll forget about terrorists for a while and need a reminder to be scared and to vote republican.

Despite the fact that we are into the fourth year after September 11, President Bush is still misleading you and hiding the real reason from you, which means that the reasons to repeat what happened remain," bin Ladin said.
Referring to next week's elections, he told Americans: "Your security is not in the hands of Kerry or Bush or al-Qaida. Your security is in your own hands.

You'll be happy to know that:

Bin Laden Sites Threatening Red States
FOX NEWS | 11/03/04 |

On FOX TV they say that Bin Laden's Internet Sites are already threatening the Red States.

I guess this pretty much proves that Bin Laden was indeed Kerry supporter.

I don't know if it is. Bill Maher keeps saying that Osama dying or being captured is going to have the same effect on al Qaeda that Ray Kroc's death did on McDonalds, and I'm afraid he might be right.

There really aren't any official team yet, Treesaw and squirrel are back in so the team plans went to hell. I say we ditch the 5 man teams and do 4 person teams, who the hell wants to travel a few thousand miles to spend a weekend waiting to ride. I'd do a 2 person team if it came down to it.

And don't be so sure about the DH thing. If I had a real DH bike I could give you a run for your money. Well as long as there were no huge gaps or drops I don't do so well with big air.
