good question. I was wondering why Sandhill was so empty today. I forgot it's opening weekend. Anything new on the trails up there?

it was a great day, in the morning we were some of the first to ride the trails this season so it was fresh as hell, and dh tahoes party was great afterwards.
I can't wait to ride N* this coming weds and thurs

I got the call this AM too, but missed it, no need to apologize for me either, it was some much-needed comedy in my stressful life right now...glad he had some fun though!
Hey Sean, when are you in SB? As fate would have it, it looks like I'm moving a little South and East (still LA-ish area though), got a pretty kick-ass new job in the "biz," so I'm movin' on up. We should try and get together for at least some beers at some point, if not some riding...

They raelly have no clue. One guy even bragged "I have been doing ski racing for 25 years". Well bra this is not a ski race. No passing in a 45 second ski race. Mr. bro bra had THE WORST ATTITUDE towards the racers. His nickname in Tahoe is Hollywood. This same guy TRIED picking my wife up one night. He thought he was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cool. " Yeah baby I'm a pro skier have you ever dated a pro skier before". This guy is my age (32) and using pick up lines that don't work for a 21 year old. He is also the media rep for N* this year. His interview last week in the paper made him sound like he was SOOOOOOOOOO good on a bike. Not once have I EVER seen him ride on the hill. Wait yes I did last year and he sucked. He made mountain bikers sound like a bunch of retarded snowboarders in the paper.
It's all pretty much the same but super fun nontheless. They jacked up the stadium jump which really bummed me out because I loved to launch off it with the nice lip they used to have.Tattooo said:
btw, BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. The only place to eat is at the golf course which is find but, you have to drive to get to it. That sweet deli is closed due to construction but, I assume next year there will be plenty of places to eat since all the construction will be complete.

I had a damn good weekend. I rode a lot on saturday and raced on sunday. I can't wait for this saturday...
This weekend rocked, really it did on sunday when the earthquake hit......4. something and loud as hell in the village parking lot
I hate to say it but it seems like a lot of the peolpe who work up there are big meanies, the lady who put my bike on last year put my bike on wrong so by the end of its ride my bike was hanging by the seat. and the qr that she half loosened, I can't believe it didn't fall off. But I'm waiting to next weekend when I get to go up. Cha Bro
