So I wake up this morning, and my girlfriend looks at me and tells me she had a dream. I figured it would be somthing really batty, like most dreams, but, she told me she drempt she was racing DH, and won. Then she started talking about since she didnt have a bike, she stole mine. And she started talking about the tech stuff about my bike too! Also in her dream, my best friend raced with her, on her boyfriends bike, and came in second.


My girl is coooool :love:

That is soooooo wrong. . . but soooooo on the money. I can just picture it, "Honey I had a dream that I stole your bike and ..." SLAP!!!! thats all I needed to hear.

i had a similar experience. i was watching NWD V and in the middle of gracia's section my grrrlie looked at me and said "that looks like fun, i'd like to do that." that is part of the reason i built up the new hardtail, so she will have a rig to ride. let's see if it happens. and if if it does, how long it lasts :) even if it doesn't work out, i still have a new bike.

yeah having my wife involved in the sport makes it that much easier to justify new/better parts!! and its fun to pimp out her ride as much as possible!!

now if only they made dh bikes for people <5'2"

Well, that would be somthing most people on here would like..... they are both pretty hot.



And yes, she stole my bike, and I gave her that "WHAT B!TCH? YOU STOLE MY BIKE!?" face, and she then assured me that it was not my DH race bike, but my Flow HT.

That was OK, I want her to start riding that bike....;)

I got my woman into DH. Forst she hated it, then she won an expert AMBC race. Then she broke her femur. But she hasn't quit! She's even found some Dainese to buy from a friend to replace the suit that the EMT's butchered.
