Yup. Kids 20 incher from the 80's.

Those wheels look like they would just fold up under the weight of an adult.

I raced BMX back in the 80's and my bike was pretty light (Torker). Not stupid light, but still much lighter then what I ride now.

My last race bike was a Free Agent Ground Control I think. It was under 20#, I was 175# myself then.

Nice bike! Based on the color, I'm going to say that it is either a Free Agent or a Crupi. Kids' bikes haven't changed much over the last 20 years. My niece and newphews' bikes are pretty close to what I used to race when I was their age. The only difference, clipless pedals and v-brakes.
