And I notice the disclaimer that donations to the ACLU are not tax deductible.

Now, since the ACLU is the enemy of everything good and Christian (by Christian I refer to crapping on the poor, molesting children, and killing brown people for fun and profit, when we aren't telling them to not use condoms for fear of the status of their immortal souls, you know, all good white American Christian concerns) it occurs to me that many of the organizations who oppose the ACLU's agenda are tax deductible.

My guess would be that the ACLU probably should not be tax free, nor should may of the politicaly aligned religious groups and industrial lobbying groups they fight against. The difference probably being the ACLU just has many enemies where as the other organizations have few, other than common sense and decency.
