For those of you that didn't read this thread, This guy is a "person of interest" in a dissapearance of a girl at my school. I knew him, but didn't know much about him. If I knew then what I did now, I woulda punched him in the face a bunch of times, and never would have helped him. Well, looky looky what showed up in the news today

Photographer in Behl case faces unrelated child pornorgraphy charges

A man police describe as a ‘person of interest,’ in the case of missing VCU student Taylor Behl, has been taken into police custody.

Richmond Police Chief Rodney Monroe says they arrested 38-year-old Ben Fawley on suspicion of child pornography. Police served a warrant around 3 PM Friday at 407 Hancock, where Fawley lives. He apparently came out on his own.

He was charged with several counts of child pornography, no indication if this is in relation to the Taylor Behl case. As you know, police have named him a “person of interest” in that case.

Behl has been missing for 18 days now and police were conducting surveillance on this house throughout Friday morning. When NBC12 spoke with Behl’s mother, Janet Pelasara, was hopeful police would have a major break in this case. And while this is not related, having a person of interest in jail on unrelated charges, at this point 38-year-old Ben Fawley, charged with several counts of child pornography.

They got a great picture of him too. What a creep!
