I am interested in adventure racing. I go woodsing all the time, which involves just going out in the woods with the destenation such as a mountain top or something and just trompin through the woods.

i did one race last year and 2 this year, couldn't make the last two but my teamate hooked up with another dude so we could still be in the team standings. check out http://www.hradventure.com
the schedule is up (i think) for next year. there is going to be a 24-36 race in c'ville (sleep optional) and one of the disciplines is going to be riverboarding (never done THAT before). its a great organization and the fees are VERY reasonable. we raced 2 person single gender (its broken up into 2, 3, 4 person teams with single gender (dudes or chicks, and coed) over all for the season we took 2nd in our category. http://www.hradventure.com/RaceHq.aspx (Ride Too Fast)

Non bike related activities? Hmmm...? Skeet shooting and target shooting w/ pistols whenever I can. Sportbike riding whenever I can. Cardio and mild weight training in the gym. Running (whenever the cops find me) reading etc, etc.

i skateboard at the JCC sk8park daily, ride street and dj daily, surf whenever there are waves good enough to make the drive, snowboard a couple of times a week in season, ride xc alot, and took a kiteboarding camp this summer. though i'm gonna wait to start doing that with any frequency. i've got enough expensive hobbies...

Hmmm, activities besides sex....lol, being single at the time, doesn't come around as regularly, I stopped riding at the 3rd SS series race, I wasn't hurt and schooled the Road Gap, so i called it a season......I'm a big redneck, and besides spending all summer training my chocolate lab pup, I'm out duck/goose hunting and of course after the deer........but snowboarding may fit in somewhere......next season will be here soon enough

Hunting is not a sport. Neither is is training your dog. I may get alot of crap for it but Its a hobby even if you do it competitivley.

hunting was the origional sport. and if youre training your dog to play football, base ball, basket ball, or soccer then thats a sport too. GO AIR BUD!!!

I got back into soccer after breaking my hand this race season. Been playing a lot and loving it. It has kinda replaced riding for me at the moment because i've been trashing my body so much for my soccer club that i can't even get out on the bike.

Snowboarding is also huge for me in the off season and i can't wait to head out.
