It's 50/50.
We know nothing of either of them. I really couldnt even venture to guess why this case in particular got publicized because these kinds of things happen pretty regularly.
I'll say this though, I know of more than one case where a woman just wanted to screw a guy or two over so she claimed rape to try and ruin the career and life of some dude because she loves drama or wants compensation for the govt. (read 35% of total salary in military for rest of life) and then it came out that she was just a liar, so thats possible.
But dudes do rape chicks too.
