Keep an eye on your bank account(s) and other financial accounts.

Make sure 2FA is configured for any account that offers it.

Use a password manager to maintain a *different* complex password for every online account.

It's not a matter of if, but when.

Me, I just subscribed to Aura for my wife and I. Way too many places have our sensitive personal data for me to believe I could possibly keep on top of all of them.

I think I've been maybe one year out of the last 15? or so without free credit monitoring services due to some data breach

It's now to the point where I am disregarding free credit monitoring from data breaches because I already have free credit monitoring from other data breaches.
