I was thinking 450 as well. I'm running the DHX with a 400# and I'm the same weight. Hoping the 400# will be enough. If not, hopefully Intense will take care of me.
The VPP suspension is optimized for use with about 35% sag (at least with the M3, Socom and VPX). If you run it at 25% you're definitely not going to get the most out of it. I have a VPX and at the correct sag it feels amazing, but with too much or not enough it leaves something to be desired.

mojosuspension.com has a spring calculator that has been quite close for me. The calculation it gives you is for a more race oriented setup. If you like to jump off things, add 50lbs.

I've used that Mojo calculator in the past with good results but for my VPX it was way off (125 lbs. more than what I've found to be correct). The two in the links below were dead on. Probably because you can specify exactly how much sag you want.
I find that the TFTuned calculator has a similar problem as the Mojo one. I just ran my numbers and it's showing 75 lbs. more than I know is the right spring rate for my VPX.
